2007 ENTRY RULES:

Artwork must be no larger than 8 1/2 x 11 inches
Multiple submissions are NOT acceptable- please submit only one piece of art
Computer printouts or color copies ARE acceptable-Artwork will not be returned
Artwork MUST have your name, age, address and an e-mail address written on the back
All ages are welcome!
Artwork may only be submitted by mail. No e-mail entries please!
Artwork will be judged for creativity, artistic merit, and overall fiendishness.
Entries must be received by October 19th
